Government Employees:
Access to Federal or State room rates is now available by calling the Housing Center at 888.643.1119 and on-line at the link above.
Please note that only Federal or State Government employees with valid ID badges at the time of the Conference are eligible for Government room rates. Negotiated group rates are available at each hotel for all other conference participants, including government contractors, Federal grantees, and Local Area Government employees.
Payment and Deposit Policy:
Credit Card information is required to confirm a reservation. Reservations will not be processed without a guarantee of one night's room and tax deposit by credit card or check.
Housing Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours* prior to your arrival date to avoid a forfeit of deposit. To cancel your reservation, contact the Housing Center.
*The New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center requires notice of cancellation at least 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid a forfeit of deposit.
Changes and Substitution Policy:
Any changes in your current reservation should be made through the Housing Center and not the hotel. All changes are subject to availability. Failure to notify the Housing Service of any changes in your reservation may result in loss of your room. To make changes to your reservation, contact the Housing Center. Reservations can also be changed online by entering your Hotel Confirmation Number and password.
