The team leader is responsible for the overall performance of their team. They set goals and expectations for the team, provide coaching and feedback, and work with team members to resolve issues. The team leader is also responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment.

The team leader position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination to a team of retail sales associates. The team leader supervises and Motivates team members to meet sales goals set by management. They also resolve conflicts within the team, provide coaching and training to develop team members’ selling skills, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The team leader works closely with the store manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. They also report any concerns or issues to the store manager.

The team leader position is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40 hours per week. The team leader may be required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm; however, the team leader may be required to adjust their schedule to meet the needs of the team.

The travel team leader position is responsible for overseeing the travel department and ensuring that all travel arrangements are made in a smooth and efficient manner. The team leader will work closely with the travel department staff to ensure that all travel arrangements meet the needs of the company and its employees. Required Education and Experience
